We are looking for an experienced and creative Social Media Specialist to join our team. As a Social Media Specialist you will be responsible for developing and implementing our Social Media strategy in order to increase our online presence and improve our marketing and sales efforts. You will be working closely with Marketing and Sales departments.

•Manages company’s social media channels, including Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and other relevant platforms
•Engages in social media presence creation on new and emerging social media platforms
•Build and execute social media strategy through research, benchmarking, messaging, and audience identification
•Write, develop, and strategize online content production and scheduling
•Build meaningful connections and encourage community members through dialog and messaging
•Create and maintain company social media pages and profiles
•Create and implement social media marketing plan and editorial calendar
•Uses timelines and scheduled content to create a consistent stream of new content for audience interaction while analyzing, managing, and altering schedules where necessary to optimize visits
•Collects customer data and analyses interactions and visits, plus uses this information to create comprehensive reports and improve future marketing strategies and campaigns
•Grows and expands company social media presence into new social media platforms, plus increases presence on existing platforms
•Researches and monitors activity of company competitors
•Creates and distributes engaging written or graphic content in the form of e-newsletters, web page and blog content, or social media messages

Requirements:-

•2+ year’s experience in digital marketing and social media
•Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, Google+ and other social media best practices
•Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics
•Excellent multitasking skills
•Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
•Team player
•Good time-management skills
•Great interpersonal and communication skills
