1. Provide support to the Operations Manager
2. Oversee the day-to-day and overall activities in the shop
3. Perform all POS duties
4. Must be in constant communication with the different
offices/departments in the company
5. Plans, executes and communicates all sales promotions
and new product information effectively and efficiently.
6. Monitor the performance of the staff
7. Makes sure the company standards are met at all times
8. Schedule, train, and monitor the activities of the staff
9. Maximizing sales and profitability; controlling costs of
goods, inventory levels, supplies and expenses.
10. Providing the team with a stimulating and supportive
11. Maintaining and increasing standards of customer service
12. Driving team performance
13. Controlling the training and development of the staff
14. Ensure that hygiene and safety standards are maintained
15. Ensure top quality service and customer satisfaction
16. Listen to the complaints and resolve them quickly
