1) Oversee all front and back of the house restaurant operations
2) Ensure customer satisfaction through promoting excellent service
3) Respond to customer complaints tactfully and professionally
4) Maintain quality control for all food served
5) Analyze staff evaluations and feedback to improve the customer’s experience
6) Project future needs for goods, kitchen supplies, and cleaning products; order accordingly
7) Oversee health code compliance and sanitation standards
8) Look for ways to cut waste and decrease operational costs
9) Generate weekly, monthly, and annual reports
10 )Train new employees and provide ongoing training for all staff

Requirements and Qualifications

1) Bachelor’s Degree is a minimal requirement
2) Minimum of 2 years experience is required as a Restaurant Manager.
3) Front and back of house experience is a plus
4) Strong leadership skills
5) Decisive and critical thinker
6) Fluency in English is a must!
