We are looking for a part time Accountant for a Contracting Company in Business Bay.

The person shall be assisting in the clerical accounting and administrative functions of the company along with a full time colleague. While the financial reporting functions are kept by an outside accounting firm.

The person shall be working on a part time basis of four (4) hours per day following a five day work week.

Requirements are as follows:

1. Organized and detail oriented individual, with an eye on document control and capable of coordinating with suppliers and customers on accounting & administrative matters .

2. Minimum five (5) years total experience whether in the U.A.E. or abroad working in an office based accounting position. Those with experience in a contracting or similar industry are preferred.

3. Bachelors Degree in Accountancy, those with a Professional Qualification shall have an advantage.

4. Possesses above average English communication skills both written and spoken.

5. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications specifically at Word and Excel.

6. Knowledge in using accounting software packages such as SAP, Quickbooks, Tally, etc.
