A newly established trading company in Abu Dhabi is looking for a Dynamic Office Secretary cum Accountant to manage and handle its day-to-day activities.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree (Accounts)
• Prior UAE experience in the same field (2-3 Years)
• Candidates on Visit/Cancelled Visa with NOC can apply
• Female candidates preferred

Skills:
• Knowledge on accounting softwares like Tally, QuickBooks, Peachtree, etc.
• Excellent Communication skills
• Ability to work well without supervision

Responsibilities:
• Attend phone calls and answer customer queries
• Issue invoices, quotations and purchase receipts
• Prepare and collate weekly/monthly reports
• Perform general accounting duties and resolve billing enquiries
• Handle accounts up to finalization
• Organize and maintain company documents and electronic files
• Manage and record company inventory and stock control
