A leading European Ground Engineering company based in UAE is looking for a qualified candidate to fill-in the position of Material Requirement Planner / Coordinator

Job Profile:
– Coordination of all incoming requests from the construction sites
– Verify the content of the requests and coordinate between sites, stores, workshop and logistics team in case of obscurities
– Creating a log system for the requests and monitoring of the requests
– Management of material resources
– Distributing the requests to the concerned departments and sections
– Follow up with the different sections/procurement and inform the requester about delivery times and the status of the requests
– Contact person for the requesting parties regarding any incurring questions, delays or problems
– Submitting daily/weekly reports to the workshop/logistics manager

– Experience in a similar position in the construction industry
– Technical knowledge in heavy construction equipment
– Knowledge of logistics processes
– Strong communication skills
– Fluent in English, both in writing and speaking
– Good computer knowledge, especially in ERP systems
– Ability to work under pressure and think in structured processes
– Time Management Skills
– Analytical thinking
– Flexibility
– Ability to work individually and in a team.
