We are currently looking for an Logistic Officer/ Coordinator for our Middle East subsidiary located in Saif Zone, Sharjah – The ideal candidate:
– Has knowledge of Saif Zone Custom Clearance Logistic (import, export)
– Has minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in the UAE
-Has excellent Microsoft office skills
– Has a valid UAE driving license
-Has strong oral and written communication skills
– Has strong interpersonal skills
– Is accurate and organized for all tasks
– Is independent and reliable
– Is able to work under minimal supervision
Essential Functions:
– Validate, organize and archives payables invoices
– Prepare customs documents
– Prepare administrative documents (Saif Zone, Chamber, etc.)
– Dispatch phone calls
– Perform any other task required by the operations manager
