· Understanding customer needs and meeting the needs through providing the advice, quotations while providing the right solutions to close the deal on leads provided.

· Proactive with solutions from an insurance perspective

· Coordinate with the clients on policy renewal, claims, quotation and other information related to the client for the issuance of insurance policy.

· Must be an excellent and prompt communicator and is accurate and takes satisfaction in doing the right thing every day.

· Must be able to adapt to change and to work in a pressure environment along with being part of a multi-cultural organization.

· Must possess the values of Empathy, Proactiveness, Resilience, Communicative and Accuracy.

· Provide support in evaluating and assessing risks and properly evaluating proposals.

· Prepare monthly reports which will assist the management in effectively meeting the company’s objectives

· Keep informed on all matters related to data processing as well as relevant information related to the various classes of business being handled by the company

· In co-ordination role, keeping a proper diary of events in progress is very critical;

· Establish a system of harmony and co-ordination in the group
