Job Details:
-Responsible for managing all operations and for
Delivering an excellent guest experience.
-Maximize sales and revenue through customer satisfaction
and employee engagement.
-Oversee the day-to-day operations of all the outlets and drive
the brands in the developmental and financial success across
the market.
-Can Provide Reporting on sales results and productivity, P&L,
budget and KPI to management.
-Drive effective project management timelines to ensure on
time delivery of new projects and updates
-Development, implementation and improvement of all
processes and procedures towards the continued
effectiveness and efficiency of the Brand
-provide a Proven track record of driving operations
-Design exceptional menus, purchase goods and continuously
make necessary improvements.
-Identify guest expectations and needs and respond proactively to all of their concerns.
-Knowledge of industry-related training and procedures
-Lead team by attracting,training and appraising talented personnel
-Comply with all health and safety regulations
-Establish targets, KPI’s, schedules
– Managing and monitoring operational support to franchisee
in UAE & other counties
