Job Description:
• Give full secretarial support to the company management
• Receive, direct and transfer telephone calls and messages.
• Maintaining diaries and arranging appointments.
• Typing, preparing reports.
• Client’s Following up
• Receives all general correspondence.
• Maintain the general filing system and file all correspondence.
• Maintain an adequate inventory of office supplies.
• Assisting Director and Managers with directorial services.
• Perform clerical duties.
• Assist in HR activities
• Greet, serve and assist clients visiting.
• Creating potential client lists , send brochures, sales aids, direct mailers and other promotional materials.
• Perform other related duties as required.
• Maintaining client’s files & and keep on updating it.

Job Requirmentes :
• Fluent Arabic speaking/writing
• English communication \ writing skills
• strong interpersonal communication & Negotiation Skills.
• Highly Professional with emailing Business Clients
• Self-motivated, loyal, reliable and willing to work flexible and as per international hour
• Strong foundation in Numbers and Well calculated
• Fair experience of a company monthly income/outcome calculations
