We are a sales branch of Lanzhou LS Group, a Chinese manufacturer specializing both in upstream and downstream equipment of oil and gas.
Answer telephones and give information to callers, take messages, or transfer calls to appropriate individuals.
Greet visitors and callers, handle their inquiries, and direct them to the appropriate persons according to their needs.
Manage the daily/weekly/monthly agenda and arrange new meetings and appointments
Check frequently the levels of office supplies and place appropriate orders
Make travel arrangements
Operate office equipment such as fax machines, copiers, and phone systems
Proficiency in MS Office software, especially in PPT designing, word processing, introduction email preparing.
Set up and maintain paper and electronic filing systems for records
Application for employees’ working visa & driver license and other Jafza related issues
Ability to handle bank issues
Driver’s license will be plus
CV with Photo, Bachelor’s diploma, Proven work experience as a secretary or administrative assistant
At least 2-year previous experience in the same field of work within Dubai.
