Job Title: Digital Marketing Executive
Department: Central Marketing | Wafi Property
Reports to: Head of Central Marketing
Supervised by: Digital Manager

To create, drive and implement the digital marketing campaigns for WAFI (all business units) effectively, through multiple channels including website, social media, Google and paid media. Develop campaign goals, creative messaging and content, advertise accordingly among search engines, social media and website. Work closely with internal departments to ensure all promotions/messages directed through the digital marketing plan are executed efficiently to provide the maximum exposure within the market. Supervise digital agencies and ensure all content is delivered to/from them in the best quality. Prepare weekly and monthly digital performance reports.


• Work closely with the Digital Manager to prepare and implement selected digital/social campaigns for business units
• Brief digital agencies and any other parties on the approved digital campaign
• Track the progress of campaigns/social media performance on weekly basis, create performance reports
• Manage social media platforms i.e. Facebook, Twitter, Instagram etc. ensuring all copywriting and communications is up to a high standard
• Based on the campaigns running, boost content on social media channels and/or Google
• Effectively use social media channels to engage with audience by managing the community on daily basis
• Responsible for managing and tracking all campaigns from start to finish
• Update website and digital media content, newsletters and responsible for creating digital calendar for business units
• Ensure the day-to-day activities are dealt with in an efficient and effective manner
• Work with minimal supervision and be an active team member of the marketing department
• Keep up-to-date with current market trends with regards to digital marketing technologies
• Work within standard operating procedures pertaining to the centralized marketing department

Skills, Experience and Knowledge:

• Minimum two years experience in online Marketing (SEO, PPC, Social Media)
• Experience with managing multiple digital channels at the same time
• Experience with creating engaging content
• Knowledge of Google & social media advertising tools and strategies
• Have creative ideas when it comes to video and photo content
• Experience with social media analytics
• Being proactive and having the ability to work under pressure and in a fast paced environment
• Arabic speaking
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic
• Strong attention to detail and good work ethic
