Responsibilities
• Handle Learning Bytes’ social media presence (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google+ etc.) and ensure high levels of web traffic and customer engagement
• Write, edit, publish and promote thoughtful content on our blog
• Invite other bloggers, experts, or notable guests to contribute content to our
blog
• Stay current on industry trends for possible opportunities to attract new readers
or create stronger, more engaging content
• Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences
• Design and implement social media strategy to align with business goals
• Set specific objectives and report on ROI
• Generate, edit, publish and share engaging, relevant, and high-quality content
daily (e.g. original text, photos, videos and news)
• Monitor SEO and web traffic metrics
• Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor
customer reviews
• Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness (e.g.
promotions and competitions)
• Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools
and applications
Required Skills and Experience
The successful candidate should:
• Possess at least a Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or a relevant field
• Have at least 2-3 years work experience in the relevant field
• Be able to deliver creative content (text, image and video)
• Have excellent copywriting, writing, editing and proofreading skills
• Must be creative and able to come up with relevant and interesting content
• Familiarity with SEO best practices, keyword research and Google Analytics
• Demonstrate knowledge of online marketing channels

• Have excellent communication skills
• Demonstrate excellent knowledge of English
