Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team. Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presence. Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives.
Previous experience in the events or equipment rental industry is desirable however, not essential. Candidate must display the following traits;
Analytical: Our sales manager needs to review data, see what’s relevant, draw meaningful conclusions, and find actionable takeaways.
Thoughtful and strategic: Once evidence has been gathered, you need to identify next steps and think in a strategic way.
Communication: Our sales manager must deliver information efficiently and accurately to the right people, at the right time, using the right medium.

Creative: Owners are looking for someone who can find the non obvious answer.
Collaborative: You should be good at working with others, from fellow team members to other department leaders, owners and GM.
