 A reputed company is in need of Automotive Service Advisor to join the organization URGENTLY!
The candidate must be a European who has more than 5 years of experience in the same field. Candidates who can join immediately are welcome to submit their application. Very good package will be given to the right candidate, all benefits will be discussed during the interview:

Key Responsibilities:
• Reporting directly to Service Manager (supervising Manager) and General Manager
• Maintaining a professional appearance at all time
• Maintaining a clean desk and sorted working area at all time
• Receiving appointment & Walk-In (non-appointment) -customer and their vehicles
• Preforming active reception on customer vehicles (technical pre-check-up of vehicle)
• Utilizing receiving sheet for active reception
• Determining customer needs via technical consultations on customer vehicle
• Ensuring receiving sheet details are correct and complete like:
Customer contact nr., customer email, customer address, vehicle details, vehicle mileage, customer complaints, checking- / maintenance- / repair- & additional charges, time of maintenance & repair completion, customers signature
• Ensuring all customer contact details are correct and/or need to be updated and saved in Evolution System
• Ensuring customer signature on receiving sheet with confirmed prices and time frames
• Ensuring customer receives copy of receiving sheet along with your business card and contact details
• Forwarding collective and accurate maintenance & repair instructions to the workshop via job card
• Ensuring jobcard details are correct and complete like:
Customer contact nr., customer email, customer address, vehicle details, vehicle mileage, customer complaints, checking- / maintenance- / repair- & additional charges, time of maintenance & repair completion
• Following up with workshop staff for vehicle repair and/or maintenance status
• Following up with the customer on daily base (or discussed otherwise) about vehicle repair and/or maintenance status
• Preparing maintenance and/or repair estimate for additional work and obtain customer approval/authorization in written form
• Contacting customer regarding any change in estimate, promised delivery time, costs and time requirements immediately once information has been received
• Checking the vehicle and its carried out maintenance/repair work to ensure that work is completed and additional work is noted in the jobcard
• Informing customer once vehicle is ready, washed and prepared for delivery/collection
• Preparing proforma invoice and maintaining all jobcard related documentation together with jobcard folder at the reception desk along with vehicle keys
• Reviewing maintenance/repair work carried out to customer upon collection of vehicle to ensure his needs are fulfilled
• Explaining proforma invoice to customer at point of vehicle collection
