We are European company and looking for young, dynamic and self-motivated Filipino female an Administrative Receptionist for our Dubai office.
Tasks:
• Answer and handle telephone calls
• Excellent English skills, both orally and in writing
• Register and follow up purchase orders
• Keeping track on shipments, including guidance of custom clearance
• Payment follow-up
• Delivery follow-up
• Preparing weekly reports
• Administrative tasks related to local authority
• Assist the sales team with offers and customer support
• Register, copy, distribute and file all incoming emails
• Manage preparation of meetings and conferences
• Assist the General Manager as required
• Report to General Manager
• Team player with can-do attitude
• Pleasant, welcoming personality
