Administrative Assistant

We are looking for a full-time Office Manager / Receptionist. Previous experience with company formation in terms of forming new companies with the DED (Department of Economic Development), Free Zone companies (DMCC, JAFZA et al) and Offshore companies would be preferred but is not essential. We would prefer a candidate that is currently under the sponsorship of their family/spouse.

Duties / Responsibilities:

• Assisting the Managing Director with daily administrative tasks
• Filing documents in hard copy in the filing system
• Organization of the documents on the server
• Answering the phone as required
• Procurement of office materials as required
• Data entry on an ad hoc basis
• Attendance at meetings as required by the Managing Director
• Light travel (less than 5%) may be required

Candidate Requirements:

• Preferably a College Degree
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience as an Administrative or Executive Assistant
• Strong writing skills
• Strong analytical skills
• Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with team members, with external counsel, government agencies as required and external third parties.
