Expanding local company looking for a new team member to take over all office and accounting requirements (50/50).

General skills:
Good oral and written communication skills;
Neat, clean presentation;
Liaise with suppliers for general supplies, printing requirements;
Basic cleaning;
Trust worthy;
Self driven;

Office skills:
Manage enquiries via email and telephone;
Assist with daily office activities;
Proficient MS Office package (Word / Excel / PowerPoint)

Accounts payable;
Accounts receivable;
Monies collection and follow-up;
Banking – deposits / reconciling statements;
Salaries / WPS;
Proficient Quickbooks;
Financial report generation;
Proficient with the new VAT rules and processing;

Must have min. 2 years experience in a similar role;
