– UAE experienced is must preferably in construction Company
– Provide general administrative and clerical support
– Document Controller
– Proficient in Excel
– Proficient in AutoCAD / Photoshop
– Arrangements for Meeting and drafting the minutes of meeting
-Prepares quotation with quality, accuracy and on time
-Answer and direct phone calls
-Maintain contact lists
– Develop and maintain a filing system
– gathering daily data from various Projects

Should be young, energetic, carrier oriented
