Roles & Responsibilities

Receiving the orders and requirements from client
• Analyse the data received.
• Capture all delivery dates and necessary details.
• Preparation of weekly and monthly reports.
• Carrying out the cash flow statements and maintaining petty cash.
• Preparation and custodians of LPO.
• Preparation of financial reports and analyzing.
• Preparation of purchase requisition.
• Ensuring the proper delivery of material within given delivery date.
• Receiving the customer complaints and concerns.
• Act as an intermediate between customers and company.
• Preparation of delivery notes.
• Making all documents required for delivery of material and invoicing.
• Handling annual leaves and attendances and of workers.
• Office administration and documentation.
• Preparation of work flow and assign the responsibilities.
• Receiving enquiries from the customers.
• Sourcing out the suppliers for required items and preparation of supplier data base.
• Preparation of request of quotation.
• Forwarding the RFQ to sourced suppliers.
• Follow up for the quotations
• Comparison of tender requirement with quotation received.
• Communication with suppliers.
• Preparation of the specification sheet and quotation.
• Preparation of costing sheet with given prices.
• Preparation of costing sheet with given prices.
• Preparation of cut sheets and catalogues.
• Accounts up to finalization.
